We are looking for a Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our product team and take ownership of key product features and user flows.

This role is ideal for a strong mid-level PM who leads product discovery and execution end-to-end within a clear product framework.






What You’ll Do

  • Own product features and user flows end-to-end: problem definition, discovery, solution design, delivery, measurement, and iteration
  • Identify user and business problems and translate them into clear, actionable product solutions
  • Drive product discovery using qualitative insights, quantitative data, and product insights
  • Ongoing collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams
  • Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and trade-offs
  • Prioritize the backlog based on user value, business impact, and technical effort
  • Continuously improve user experience, conversion, and core product funnels
  • Use data to evaluate product performance, validate assumptions, and guide decisions
  • Communicate product decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-led company
  • Proven ownership of product features from discovery through delivery and optimization
  • Experience with B2C or B2B2C products
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or funnel optimization
  • Background in eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer products
  • Strong execution skills combined with solid product and UX judgment
  • Data-driven mindset and hands-on experience working with product metrics
  • High level of ownership and ability to work independently within defined goals
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
