We are looking for a Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our product team and take ownership of key product features and user flows.
This role is ideal for a strong mid-level PM who leads product discovery and execution end-to-end within a clear product framework.
What You’ll Do
- Own product features and user flows end-to-end: problem definition, discovery, solution design, delivery, measurement, and iteration
- Identify user and business problems and translate them into clear, actionable product solutions
- Drive product discovery using qualitative insights, quantitative data, and product insights
- Ongoing collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams
- Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and trade-offs
- Prioritize the backlog based on user value, business impact, and technical effort
- Continuously improve user experience, conversion, and core product funnels
- Use data to evaluate product performance, validate assumptions, and guide decisions
- Communicate product decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-led company
- Proven ownership of product features from discovery through delivery and optimization
- Experience with B2C or B2B2C products
- Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or funnel optimization
- Background in eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer products
- Strong execution skills combined with solid product and UX judgment
- Data-driven mindset and hands-on experience working with product metrics
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently within defined goals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
